Joking aside...
I echo Spencer's comment. I have my w/d in second floor bathroom and have had to deal with more that a few cracks in the wall due to vibrations. I have even placed foam matting under them and still get the shakes.

Dryers become unbalanced very easily with wet clothes all on one side and vibrate like hell, especially front loaders.
Frame & plan accordingly.
