Found this interesting, it seems " legitimately "
out of 3997 bass permits,
70% claimed zero pounds reported.
96% claimed less than 2000 pounds reported.
154 permits took 56% of the fish.

After paying the help and other expenses, not a lot of people making some real coin here.

Wonder how many pounds went through the back door of a restaurant though.
