I just saw something on the food channel called Bomba rice. Rick, maybe you can bring that. As far as my culinary credentials go, I was the drive thru guy at McDonald's until I was 20 years old. So JR maybe you should make this a sticky.

Bomba Rice...the medium grained Spanish rice traditionally used for Paellla. Was my boy Jose Andres at the helm of your show?
