CHARTREUSE-HOW TO MAKE
WHAT COLORS ARE NEEDED TO CREATE CHARTREUSE? I HAVEN'T FOUND A PREMIXED COLOR IN THE STORES.

Unfortunately I don't think you can mix colors to get any of the neon colors. Kind of their own seperate list.... believe it is a spin of yellow which is primary....
I have also found that color to be.very thin and require a few coats.

Thats the fun part....
always start with the lighter color and add the dark....at least thats how I do it
