I raced Mac in his Revo and stayed neck in neck with him so no huge disadvantage there vs. width . I usually paddle in and paddle out until I get my mirage drive in . No biggie but I'd hate to paddle a great distance ... Remember ... Leash it or lose it .. I rolled my yak 1st time out .
