I think I ended up taking it completely apart and wiping the needle with restorer..... And running restorer through it... The regular cleaner did not take,the dried stuff out of the brush.....

just the needle/nose section.went to harbor freight and bought tiny airbrush cleaner,good thought there.scrub it down with the cleaner.
