You would probably get arrested by the EPO for pouring a dangerous substance into the ocean (gross pollution) and they would have to call Clean Harbors!  |

I'm hunting down a place on BI for the first week in August and apparently August does not need anymore economic stimulus!!
As long as it is not a gamefish, whether "recs" or "comms" kill the fish is a moot point. Bottom line the fish is dead.
