Go Chevy!! I like Chevy so I guess I am bias. I have a 1990 Full size Chevy Blazer 4X4 350 TBI, and I love it. I bought mine about 5 years ago for $3000.00 I have rebuilt the tranny and transfer case last winter. Other then that it has been a great truck!! I now have 257,000 miles on it and it runs stronger then ever!! I am starting the rust war but I still have some years left. I tow my camper 10,000# and my boat 3500# with no problems. fuel injection has made the gas station stay away longer then the ones before 1989. I get about 14 city and 19 Highway towing boat about 12 and towing camper about 10. This has been my only car for 4 years now! I use it for everything.
you can get something for 3500.00 easy that will last!! Just look around a bit.
