Can't wait to cook our honey glazed, brown sugar rubbed, Easter Ham that we ordered from Fathers Country Hams in Kentucky (google it). That company "supposedly" also makes the best bacon in the US - at least according to the Food Channel.

Sat. barbecue steaks, Porterhouse 1 pounders.
Sunday , Easter ham dinner with family. Was going to do seafood tonight but looks like the whole weekend is a pigout so I will try to go light tonight.
Doing laundry tonight. That will definitely kill the whole night as I have plenty to wash!

Put together a wheelbarrow and some counter chairs I picked up.
Gonna go for a run up at Wampatuck while the kids are bike riding, should be fun. Eat some ham dinner on Easter and try to stay out of the kids Easter baskets, chocolate is my weakness.
