I quit last year in the winter, not quite sure when. Maybe February. Smoked for 40 years. Smoked enough. Don't miss it anymore. Should have never started, waste of time and money.

14 months ago...smoked the last butt in the pk...tossed the empty in the trash......no patch.no drugs..no gum..nothing...it's all in the mind.wife smokes in the car,house...w/me in it and it doesn't bother me one bit....everyone said food will taste better....not!

yup me too. cold turkey. its all in the mind. you gotta want it. I make my woman smoke outside and brush her teeth before she comes to bed. I think it smells #^&#^&#^&#^&ing gross now. |
