Chris ask tony mike and others if I ever ask for reports. Yes, people have shown me spots and put me on bites, but they will tell you I never fish their spots out of respect for them nor do I call them for reports. But if someone calls of course I will pay attention. Good day

Not sure how effective the tube and worm is. But I did see a guy get skunked last year tubing it up. Maybe he didn't have a worm on or wasn't getting down deep enough. Lol

You're the biggest pain in the ass I know...

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind

one thing that is universal is guys thinking they own spots and even rocks when they dont-they think it is okay for them to share reports with other "sharpies" and get reports as well but god forbid anybody else does the same and most times the posting like the one here was so generic it is comical-Hey I got fish this past weekend on long island-omg big spot burn-

back in full force two posts in one day

I read it once in in a while as there are some good people on here I know

I had to chime in on this thread as I see this all over -certain guys feeling they have the right to tell others how to act and who should fish and when and where-I have fished certain areas for almost 30 years but I recognize that a newbie has the same rights to spots as me-the growth of the sport has led to many good things and some not so good ones as well. I also know there are plenty of easy ways to fish away from the crowds if you want to even at montuak-look out a few hundred yards and I will be sitting on a rock in my wetsuit

Good post Lefty, kind of proves that is the quality of posts and not the volume that matters. Please excuse Piemma as he is obviously in full assault mode and wearing his game face every day this season.

Geez, I'm actually a little afraid to fish down there now. I'd hate to be the guy that fished in the wrong spot with the wrong bait/lures..etc. I've been planning my first trip down there, but might just take my keepahhs up here on the N.Shore. So I'm guessing that I shouldn't even ask where to park or how far down to go from said parking lot. lol

Don't be afraid LOL.

Couple weeks silly season will be over and they'll all be gone chasing the next report.

Pick a good late night tide....park anywhere you want the lots will be empty.

Jig up a few and enjoy.
