Nice water, yes. But the house has some major issues...... I almost went over the porch when I leaned against a railing post. Their unwillingness to keep up with maintenance will cost them a million when they eventually decide to sell. I could be there through September with what I saw, but was only authorized to do some bandaids. Crazy, when you realize they have it rented for July and August at 25k per month.........

The repairs are a huge tax write-off against the selling profit when the time comes. I hope you get that work as well Ross.
