Plastic glow in the dark. Floats,cheap, works well. Did I mention cheap!

I've had my Boga 60 since 2001 I believe. Never wash it, sits in the back of the truck after being swam with. Test it frequently and its still dead on. Its made of high grade steel, theres really no comparison in my opinion as far as daily use in the surf. High quality built to last made in USA.
