Biodiesel is still 3.62, Diesel is about the same in south ma. In Maine, off-road diesel was 3.24.

The problem is the east coast refineries are designed to refine Brent Crude which has gotten really expensive so the margins are down.

So the NE is screwed either way. We can pay more for gas and get it refined locally, or we can pay more for gas shipped from the Gulf.
