The problem with these shows is they turn you into a puppet through their heavy handed direction, combined with their lack of knowledge of the subject matter in hopes of higher ratings... the result??? after editing you look like a friggin' clown...



Taken directly from their site: "as long as you are confident enough to take on anything we throw at you"

Translation: "we are TV guys, not fishermen, so we are going to make you do some stuuuuuuuupid forced-extreme nonsense"

I'd agree with this. i mean they are going to try to get ratings and no one (outside of the fishing communtity) is gonna watch alot of what we as fisherman consider our skills. even i were eligible i probablly wouldn;t audition for it.

That said it should be something to watch, and to those of you who have entered, i wish nothing but the best of luck to you
