Don't have an L but do have a1081m. Over 2.5 is pushing it. 1.5-2 seems to be the sweet spot with lower end at 1.

I have one 2 1/4 oz is probably tops imo. sweet blank. I put a vs 150 on it. I use it in the spring and up in the bays later in the year. If you like lami blanks you love it.
