If you are upset about someone hurting the fishery and release the large breeder fish you catch, fine.
If you are upset about someone hurting the fishery, yet keep the largest fish you catch, you need to re-examine your own actions.

So why not make that a separate thread and a second and separate issue. Keeping shorts is not OK. It's that simple.
