I wanted to post @ humble pie, basically know nothing about them, excpet frampton but have a few tunes on a compilation cd and they were awesome. I searched youtube and there were some great tunes. they were heavy as hell. I love the singers voice. I've always been into 70s hard rock but never knew about these guys. any info you geezers, er um, experienced guys could share?

I did this a while ago. 30 days in the hole is a great tune. I have a few of their albums from days gone by. S. Marriott has a great voice.

My brother was a massive humble pie fan. He recommends: Performance Rocking the Fillmore as the group at their best.

I think Frampton was a teen when he joined Pie, if you listen closely you can here him on backing vocals on this one (a longtime fav)

yes Karl. I was on cape yesterday but had to get cottage buttoned up and get boats from under trees and ended up dragging bigger boat home last nite, and of course did a little fishing. I'll be in touch. Maybe next weekend. P.
