Off the cuff I would suggest the Timex Expedition Tide

Bonanza 69 (Never heard of them) but they have one for $70

REI 169:

Or the Casio digitals

Interesting Article - The 10 Best Tide Watches for Fishermen

For me, I have a Marathon TSAR that I set the pip to the next high or low tide (tides change from place to place)

Put any of these watches on a NATO strap with some good spring bars if you don't want to lose it. A NATO (or ZULU) strap runs through both springbars so that if one breaks you don't lose the whole watch

They also have a 17" commercial divers strap designed to go around wet/dry suits that you can cut down

Where I get my NATO straps: maratac

What I want to do one of these days is take an ETA GMT movement and change the GMT gearing and make an automatic tide watch - someday

If anyone is interested I have a Luminox on a Commercial Orange dive strap I might let go for $100
