this tune today on Pod, looked and found this awesome live recording. 3 Allman Bros. band members. Saw them at the Paradise in Boston in late 70's or early 80's. Long time ago.

No snow...The ground is bare but the ponds and smaller streams are skimming ice.This morning we were socked in with mountain fog which burned off around 10:30 this morning.Supposed to be about 50 today.That will be short lived next week.

Believe it or not I never heard this tune before last week. Moe. did a 10 minute plus version of Cissy Strut to open the second set in PVD last week. I finally did some research and discovered the song's origin. Its a bomb of a tune. Will see if I can find a youtube version from last week to post up.

Yes. Same drummer we talked to. His name is Vin Amico.
Jim Loughlin does the percussion and mallet stuff for moe and Vin plays the kit.
