Smokey regular member Join Date: Feb 2001 Location: webster Ma. Posts: 145	Alot of bass don't get added in to the total harvest. How many pounds are thrown back (BELLY-UP) in internatial waters? This is just p-- poor management. Ma. commertial fishermen are lucky if they make ends meet. Their out there doing something they like, you got to respect that.
