Hahaha, it's not the coffee.

Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio

they all use the same body, all of them, bailed, not bailed size 20 to 27
the difference is the rotor size and spool size.
the 20/22 share the same rotor and use different spools
the 25/27 share the same rotor and use different spools.
the weigh difference is a couple oz from the 20 to 27 due to the bodies being the same, which sucks has the 20 is about the size of a vs150 but weighs 5 oz more.
The 27 rocks, and just get a spare 25 or 27 spool if he wants to switch to lighter braid.

Thanks for clearing that up, Chris. I always say they have different bodies when I mean diferent rotor assemblies.

I purchased a 27 spare spool for my 25 but when the performance was so much better, I sold the 25 spool. The 27 casts noticeably further and as mentioned earlier, having extra line is never a bad thing. The 27 spool also creates a slightly faster line retrieval. I use it on a setup with low riders(gsb1321M) and it casts almost as well as my emblem. Never once had a problem with line getting under the roller during a cast(had it happen many times with a 706 or converted 704 though ).
I know it wasn't the question, but I would definitely go 27 on that setup.
