I hate to say this

but can you say skunk!! well I shouldnt say that we got some fluke but not one striper and not one bluefish it was hurricane like wind dead low tide and a current making the boat float like white water rafting I know I have my fans who like seeing the pics come monday morning but couldnt even take a pic its allways an adventure with russ sorry don to have to subject you to him! I know it was his fault you got so many knots in that reel one way or another he had something to do with it we gave it a good try at least you fished till we went in this is the second time ive seen russ poop out and want to go sleepies with the eels it was fun as usal all I know it was a very very expensive night out for me missed a job for this morning and a 4-5 hr night out last night thats it for me till clammer tells me he sees a striper down there lots of bait in those waters though the word has it the big stripers got the bait all balled up at beavertail!!!!

All Balled up?

Mike,

That was us last night!! "ALL BALLED UP"!!!!

Thanks again for the trip out!!

Bliz> I guess you learned the hard way that braid and conventional equipment with eels into a gusty NW wind is not a good thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats why my nightime reels have mono on them!!! At least you can pick out the backlashes!!!

Live and Learn!!

No broken equipment! No injuries! No fish!(except for those 3 nice fluke we got!) Pretty uneventful night! Thats a change!
