WTF, Some times people just suck Joe, You have the money but your credit score isn;t good enough!!! Bill and I hope and pray for you both that this all works out OK. Right now I have a offer on another place and hope it works out?? I called there this morning to ask about filling out the app to live there but all I got was a answer machine.
Goes with the rest of the year!! My Uncle, my moms brother died yesterday of the same cancer my mom died of 9 months ago. He like my mom will be missed!! We were close he was only 52!
This year can't get over fast enough for me!!
