A Boga Grip is a jaw-type gaff that's commonly used to lip fish for release. It also has a scale in it. The two "fingers" of the jaw grab the lip of the fish without puncturing it. Very good on blues especially, if you can get them to hold still for it.
Been trying to get it myself. Called the company many times. There's only one company that makes it and I get the feeling it's a small operation or at least a small part of their operation. Their product is in high demand and they seem to pretty much pick and choose the orders they want to take.
Wish we all had those kind of problems.
