Is there a safe way to cross that street and get access to the pond on that side with the fast moving water and thin ice?

Yeah, we should be fine by the time the tourney hits.

Stick to the shoreline on the western side and then move towards the middle as the lake opens up more.

Just looked at accuweather. Looks like we're going to have non-stop freezing temps from next Wednesday on.

We should have more than plenty safe ice.

Wow, just saw Friday's forecast on channel 5. High of 19 low of 5 in Boston.
