No, those pics are on a very public social media site. I assume that the woman in question didn't intend for them to be private.
What got Dingus booted was a wisecrack made to said woman, who's an employee in the IT department of the company that now hosts the "other" website. Whether it was her, or the owner of the hosting company that employs her, that pushed the issue is unclear, although I suspect it was the latter.
And the bottom line is, what happens over there should stay over there.
