I hope to live long enough to fish them again (Definitely a "Save the Bait" guy, so only when it's deemed above recovered, if that's even possible)...say what you want, but I enjoy fishing live bait. Something about trying to read the vibration coming off the line...knowing when they're being harassed, the feeling of anticipation while waiting for that paralyzing tail slap. It's a rush for me. Sorry to all you herring-huggers...I miss it.
Whether it be herring, scup, mackerel, pogys, what-have-you, I enjoy it.

It can definitely be a LOT of work. You'd never know it unless you lived it. The guys who only waited in line, have no idea. Of course, I'm not proud of everything I did...but fishing can be  |

Went to a popular spot on Sunday morning. Just spotted a couple around. On the adjacent roadleading away from the water I saw a spotty trail of water (as in spillage from a 5 gal bucket) that didn't belong there that made me wonder . . .
