RE:BBQ
I have only kept ONE striper
Hoping to improve my odds. I have been reading and talking with many folks. Next striper I take home Half will be grilled and some portion will be smoked.
Last weeks chow fest was AWESOME!! I am drooling like noone's business.
<Shameless OffTopic Plug>
If anyone wants some BBQ I could work out a deal with you - cash to cover costs for ingredients and time spent cooking.
No official "catering business" as I do not have a food service inspected kitchen.

I can can can't.

cancan[kan´kan] Pronunciation Key, a lively French dance marked chiefly by high kicking. It was developed in Paris in the 1830s and became a popular social dance there. By the mid-19th cent. it was incorporated into dance revues and stage productions. Jacques Offenbach wrote the best-known cancan music. Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec made celebrated paintings and lithographs of famous cancan dancers.
Class starts friday in @#$%.

BRrrrrrrrrr
Went Camping with the scouts this weekend - 26 frigin degrees F!!!
Canteen frozen solid.
Water Jugs frozen solid.
Water bottles frozen solid.
Had 20 minutes to fish yesterday afternoon.
12" pickerel slammed my zaragosa and then swam lazily away rather than stay on the hook.
Did I mention it was colder than heck!
