Here's the easiest way you'll ever cook striper. It looks like a joke. But try it!

1. Remove all traces of the red meat from a couple BIG fillets.
2. Cube them into bite size pieces.
3. Bring a pot of VERY salty water to a rolling boil (like seawater salty).
4. Add fish, and bring water back to a boil. Boli fish for additional10 minutes, (Yeah, I know, sounds like too long)
5. Strain, and pour melted butter over the chunks.

DONE. tastes much more like crab or lobster than fish. Old dude told me about it. I really thought he was busting my balls. I tried it. freaking awesome. (and I KNOW how to cook).

Sometimes I'll sprinkle some old bay on top...
