Love striper, fluke is yum and last year I finally had trout and black seabass. You can have the trout, but the sea bass was just too yummy, in fact I've got to go get me some more of those soon.

Dogfish is quite tasty if bled and gutted promptly.
Sharks and skates don't have kidneys to excrete urine - so if you don't bleed/gut 'em right away you'll get an awful ammonia taste/smell.

i voted for fluke but i rarely eat it. FRESH blues are a close second. Cooked on the grill they are great. Anything under 10 pounds, the dark stuff is a bit stronger but i like it too. In a few hours i will be eating the blues i got last night, bout 5-6 pounds, i cant wait.
