Bloo,
The only thing I can say is, "You're on the right planet, just not the right spot -- not even remotely close!"
Tattoo,
I can safely say, "You have never walked to this spot!"
And I'm sure a few people on this board have fished this area.

Last guess, Southeast corner of MV, all I can think of since there is no land masses out in the picture just wide open ocean. It can't be Cuttyhunk because of the bouy is too close. So it is either MV or somewhere in RI where I have never been.
It may be easy for you Mike but I give up.

No where near Chappy, the Southeast corner is all sand... MOF - other than a small outcropping/dilapidate jetty 2/3 up Cape Pogue, I don't think there are any large rocks on Chappy. You get some smaller bowling ball ones up under the light...
Northeast corner of Cuttyhunk?

Maps and charts read with north up so it is the SE corner of something.
I was thinking it might be the prototype for the Nexium commercial

This honey of a spot is located on Cuttyhunk.
The island runs East to West and this is the tip of the island next to the channel that separates it from its neighboring island.
Now why do you suppose this is a fantastic place to find fish?

Actually, it looks more like Kings Beach from the full photo you attached. Were you standing near an old boat ramp and then took a picture looking to the east? If so, you're at Kings Beach looking at Prices Neck and Cherry Neck is further to the east.
Lands end is down the road a bit and it looks like this:
