This is Melissa

[QUOTE][First off, BIG Thanks to Slip & Melissa for putting up with us . The hospitality (and the brownies) was great as usual . It's always a pleasure and a great event when we all get together over there - even if Melissa's friends thinks we're freaks [QUOTE]

This is Melissa (Mrs. Slipknot) speaking now..I just wanted to thank everyone personally for the help with bringing things. It was a big surprise..so much food.

John, My friends don't think you are "freaks"..they just think it is so funny that you guys can be so obsessed with something like building lures.

You are all such wonderful people and I am happy that Bruce can associate with great people. There are many incidences in life where people you meet are total &*^%%&*& (if you know what I mean). THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!

John, Thanks again for your help. I am gonna go out later and pick up the cord. For now, we fight over the one working internet connection..grunt.

Have a great day..Melissa ]
I have always wanted to use those smilies

Melissa - glad to help. Let me know it if works or not and I can help get that running if it's still a problem...

I still haven't had the chance to do up more pics from the event and sadly some of the pictures came out like crap (anyone want to buy a used digital for $100?)

I also want to again thank everyone that showed up and offered tips, tricks, and experience (plus those that bought raffle tix for the CapeSams rod ). And it was nice to meet a lot of new people and put the faces to the names (and the trucks I see at the beaches, hehehehe): VB, AdamR, Bud8Fan, Flaptail (I've met before but never knew he was him), Long Distance Chum, AdamR, TWS, #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&, FWW (finally met the bastage ... )!

Got to hang out with the Usual Suspects again! ... and "found" a BM Pikie, hehehehe

Again, thanks to Mr & Mrs Slip and everyone that showed!
