Asiana Cafe in Braintree is good. It's an interesting mix of Thai and Chinese take out.

I must be in the minority, but I'll take that pu pu plater ... chicken wings, eggrolls, pork ends, teriaki steak and that little blue fire!!!. Don't forget the extra duck sauce and some shrimp fried rice.
I love chinese food

The chinese food around here is made to sell to white people. White people like fried stuff, then coated in sugary sauce. My wife is 100% Chinese and never heard of a pu pu platter until she moved to the east coast. Im not kidding that when we moved here from CA, we ordered Chinese food about 4 times from different restaurants and threw it away after a few bites. Its really hard to find good, authentic quality Chinese food, unless you're in Chinatown in Boston, NYC.
Next time, avoid the fried stuff, avoid the General Gao's, sweet and sour, or other items - most menus have steamed dishes, or stir fried dishes, not deep fried. You'll feel better later, trust me!

I agree. The headache and general tired feeling is a sugar high followed by a crash.
Best Chinese food I've had is from the Gourmet Dumpling in Boston's Chinatown. Usually at least a 20 minute wait for a table--but worth it.
Thai food--the Spicy Lime on Pleasant Street in New Bedford and the Bangkok ??? in downtown Plymouth. The Krua Thai in Buzzards Bay is pretty decent, too.

It's Pho, not Phu. My wife is Vietnamese. Good food.

Been there a couple of times, it's not bad. But I've been hooked on Thai food and Lime Leaf in Weymouth rocks.

I'll have to give that a go. Asiana is far from real Thai food but I like it when I'm in the mood for take style food. Sesame chicken when well prepared can be a tasty dish.
