Rubbing alcohol.May burn but if your sitting around just put some on and let it dry.Put some on and let it dry.Repeat throughout the day as many times as possible.Kills it pretty quick.Be careful when going to the bathroom because once it spreads to that area.Your doomed.

Salt water at the beach will dry it up and rubbing alcohol will take away the itch. I used to get it all the time as a kid and would go through a bottle pouring it on the itchy areas. cheap and easy fix for you.

Lay out in the sun for a few hours and wade into the water every so often - no sunblock. It will be dried out by the next day.
I'll go with this. My Dad used to poison ivy bad and sun and ocean would take care of it faster than anything else.
