if she was broke from medical
expenses, then can’t i make a case that conservative FL is
friendlier to those suffering economic hardship, than liberal NY? Liberal CT is a lot closer to NY than FL is.

Maybe, but hen again we could revisit federal fund distribution to low tax states...

Of course, she might not have moved in the first place if she wasn’t broke from medical costs....
