Any Cod around?

Going out tomorrow hoping to catch some cod, porbeagles perhaps. Any how, where is the best place right now for the cod?

Any help is appreciated.

Well you might try out around Jefferies but the weather is supposed to be #^&#^&#^&#^&ty and there are sm craft adv out already. Pretty sloppy out there on Sat, and I imagine its no better.

Just what you wanted to hear I suppose.....

Well just got back from jefferies but no luck. We tried the cove, real deep water 513 was the deepest, then we tried this ledge that was like 6 miles southeast of the cove, nothing. Lots of gill netters but we could only catch polluck and dogfish.

On the way in we tried the rockport breakwater for blues but none of them either. Maybe the season is over?

Last week I heard some fish were to be had a few miles East of Stellwagon.
