slump is a part of the game you just don't want it to happen in the acls but if it wasn't for a couple of nomar's gloves to the right and come up firing we'd be talking about next year already. come on and be smarter than that. it insults the rest that have played the game.

i kind of figured that but you can't get down on nomar, yes i guess ya can he's definately struggling and not at the best of times! but ya know when he connects and get's in the zone it'll be all over for the yankers.. and no that was not mispelled for you yankee fans... I don't want to dump on Nomar because I think he's a great ball player and he can do it better than me any day of the week blindfolded. But, I really wish he'd quit with that glove sweep when fielding the ball and just get in front of it! His bat will come alive soon enough!

Is is just me or does it drive you guys crazy that Grady won't start Varitek when Wakefield is pitching. Varitek is an allstar I think he can handle the knuckleball. You need you best bats in there and Varitek is by far a better hitter.
