I have never heard of a 7000C-4
Try the new 7000 MSC3 or something like that 3 bearing around $100.

the abu 7000C3 has a slow gear ratio. The 7000CL has a 5.3:1 I think, and this is the reel that i use all the time. Also the penn GS 535 is also a sweet reel, rugged and simple, but no level wind. Penn also makes a 525, smaller and more managable than the 535, with the non mag control--this reel also comes with a mag control and is called the 525Mag--a great rugged reel that again i use all the time. I've got friends who swear by shimanos TLD series reel, but i don't think they cast all that well.
