Joe Lyons' Surfcasting Rhode Island Store

There was a little technical boo boo and Joe's site won't be available by name for a couple days but you can still access it numerically here:

Question

Joe, wondering if you could stock these ballsy, really strong snaps. These are Gemini Link Clips, ez on for plugs and they stay on. I think the smaller sizes are called "Snood clips." Made in the UK, can't get enough of these. Tobias showed these to me last year and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Also, I have yet to really find an instance where they hurt they action of the plug.

I'll certainly look into getting them.....that type of item fits the profile of what I want to sell.
A lot of the stuff that is surfcasting-specific is not carried by your typical distributors so it requires more legwork on the part of the retailer. There is no way I'm going to able to compete with Wal Mart on price for commonly used items so I'm not going to bother with that stuff.
Ben, if you have the contact information that is on the back of the package please email it to my hotmail address...

If anyone else has any ideas for stuff they'd like me to carry feel free to email or pm me as well. (Don't post it here....I'd like a head start on the rest of the world )

Ben, how easy are those to attatch to something like a polaris type popper with a concave face or a metal lip swimmer with the loop close to the swim plate? those are the plugs i have trouble getting snaps into.

Exclamation

Toby, some plugs are admittedly tough, but not impossible to get on these clips.

However, I don't don't recall having any problems with Gibbs or Super Strike Polaris poppers.

Can't be harder than trying to get a 150# Coastlock thru the eye on a Gibbs Danny or bottle. Got split ring? HD stainless rings, of course.
