100,000 acres of prime shell fishing beds and the fine was 10 million dollars ...that works out to about $10,000 a BED.
and nothing goes back to the fishery i'll bet. No wonder there's an oil crisis they are leaking it into the ocean. "ill never forget scraping tar off my feet and having to use gasoline to get it off.
