Ever catch something you never expected to catch?

While netting some herring several years ago, I netted an opossum. It was dark and I thought I had caught a bass in my net.
Scared the xxxx out of me.

Also snagged a 40 pound goosefish while trolling off of sandy neck.

Cormorant flying low, runs into line and gets all fowled up. Lost my polaris mackerel popper , thing tried to bite me while I tried to untangle it. I just cut my line.
