Candidate sign up list for Block Island trip for the 3rd weekend of Oct
I was very impressed as well as inspired by DZ's presentation a few moths ago with regard to the Winter Blitz on BI
I currently have a reservation in place for a small party of six for a weekend of Fishing at Block Island for the fall run this year and need to know if anyone will be interested in filling some slots that may be available...
Here's the catch... The upfront cost will be $125.00 for the nights of October 22, and 23rd and $50.00 of that will later be refunded to each person as it is going towards a security deposit.
I need to know who will be available to fill the open slots of which I will know more about availability on before the end of this weekend.
Thus the total cost for accomodations (excluding ferry fare to the Island) will be $75.00 each total for the 2 nights...
That's a great deal!!!
Those who make the final list will be required to bring food items that will constitute our meals for the weekend.
If you are interested, and want to be considered for a slot, you must have your payment available as of this weekend...
I will draw from a list of names of those who respond on this thread...
This trip will only be available only for those who are willing to make a commitment up front.
So, if you're unsure, please do not sign up for this.
Anyone interested?...

It will either be very good or very bad. I was in on a time share over there for a few years the third week of October - two out of three years it was skunksville with a freezing northwest. But one year it was pretty good. If you get an indian summer spell it will be very good.
