Two old ladies, Agnes and Mariah, are sitting outside smoking when it begins to rain. Agnes reaches into her purse, pulls out a condom, places it over her lit cigarette and continues smoking.
Mariah is a little puzzled and feels compelled to ask, "What the hell is the condom for?"
Agnes replies "It keeps my cigarette dry when I'm smoking in the rain"
Mariah thinks this is a great idea, so she heads on down to the pharmacy to pick up a box. Once inside, she asks, "Can I get a box of condoms please?"
The Pharmacist can't decide whether to be repulsed or dumbfounded but he manages to keep his cool and simply asks "Do you know what size?"
Mariah thinks for a minute and says, "I guess it doesn't matter as long as it will fit a Camel."
