Fishing the Cape???

Anyone been fishing Chatham to the Race lately??

I fished the back beaches on Wednesday and Thursday night. I had a few fish to 37 inches on eels and dropped a few larger fish. Thursday night the fish were extremely finicky, maybe because the moon was so bright. Overall its been a slow pick but a lot of the good beaches are mung-free and worth a little effort. The Monomoy rips were slow but we did find a ton of large sand eels off of South Beach in Chatham.
