Opps! I just cut it from my fishing reports on my web page. I was just tring to add some fishing stuff to the form...The boat talk is good in the winter but it's time to wet a line

Who do I contact to place an add?

Thanks.....

Picked up tons of small fish (with stripes) the last 4 days off the coastline of Cohasset. Most fish caught on Tube-Worm rigs with weighted rudder but some caught on a Hab needle fish. 1 out of 15 are keeper size but most are small. Great fun for kids!

SJourney, easy dude, let the guy have a chance to back up and jump on board. This is supposed to be a friendly place.

And for those of us who've been around here since the early days, Bartlett was right in the middle of one of the most notorious spamming incidents on the site. It went on for weeks and he never even checked his report posts to see that the moderators where hazing him.

MTC - I couldn't PM you as you have that turned off and I'm not on my regular machine so I'm not e-mailing you.

Basically, I hope you will remain as a member and a participant here on S-B. We are very selective on sponsors and I'm in preliminary talks with a couple potential charter boats right now so I can't open beyond that. But I can't have unsolicited advertising here - just not fair to the people that do have paid sponsorships...

Again, I seriously hope you won't take this the wrong way and that you understand this isn't a slap but an invite to remain a particpator on the site.

Thanks,

John

I was not intending on posting such a commercial fishing report. I did a cut and paste on from a web site I post to to help me in the search engine department.

Let me give you a little background on me. I lived in Cohasset from 1983 till 2001. I moved to CT because most of my Machine Tool Sales were in that area. 4 days after I moved 9-11 hit. My machine tool company sales droped 75%. I renewed my Capt. Lic . to supplement my income. On request from my wife and Employer I moved back in Oct-03. I spent a lot of time on a website in Ct called ctfisherman.com. The info there was 90% fishing info and 10% other. We shared fishing tips and info for the non fisherman who were looking help. I was posting on Striped-Bass.com think this was a simmilar web site.

I'm OK with your request....You will not have any additional problems with me. I'm going fishing like a few people on this site should!

Hey Tom, I thought you just moved up here from CT, didn't reilize you lived in Cohasset before. I was very wrong to jump on you like I did and I would like to admit it. I love that place and it looks like you lived in the area for a while and I'm sure you feel the same way.

Guess you are a true Sox fan after all, sorry about the Yankees remark:-)

No hard feelings huh?

Hi Guys,

It's always good to see everyone playing nice...
Hope you had a good weekend Rich. I took the kids
out around the harbor on fathers day with limited success.

MTC: Welcome home....

Had a great weekend even though I had to work 16 hours on Sat, thanks for asking. Went fishing with my son and father on Sunday night. My five year old proceeded to hook and land a 39" striper, man was that special.
