86 degrees at 8AM !!

On my ride into work this morning It was 82 at my house but 86 in Attleboro. That's at 8AM. I figure 90 by 10 and maybe 98 before the day is over. Better enjoy today cause tomorrow its suppose to get really hot!!

I'm really glad I put an A/C in the window of my shop yesterday, just in time. I think it's hotter here than in Florida.

According to the Weather Underground it's 108 in Whitestone (Queens, NYC).

The lights flickered a few times last night too but stayed on.

It's brutal out there.

Guys and gals, if you go out, make sure you bring plenty of water for you and your pets! Make sure that the elderly and the kids are drinking enough water. This heat is deadly. Case in point, that Vikings lineman. Stringer. Can't remember his first name. Died of heat stroke about a week ago in football camp. Remember, 8 glasses a day and more if you are doing a lot of physical activity.
