What you carry in...

CARRY OUT!!
I can't beleave the slobs at the ditch. I end up taking more back than I bring in. I would love to catch them in the act.
My hat goes off to one helpful camper. After picking up the big mess, he brought it back to his campsite. He deserves two thumbs up !!!!!

REMEMBER !!!

WHAT YOU CARRY IN ..................

CARRY OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!

man i hear you, that drives me insane. two weeks ago I arrived at the parking lot of where i fish. as I am getting my gear of my jeep so is a father and his son and a his sons friend. They have everything a cooler, packages of makerel and the whole sorts. We end up walking the bike path at the same time and talk. They reach there spot and I keep going. After fishing for a couple of hours I decide to leave. While walking back I notice that the father and his son had left, and in their spot was all the pacgaes from the makerel a couple of soda cans, a juice bottle and various hook pakages. I know it was them becasue of the juice bottle that they were drinking.

I couldn't belive it!
A father does this in front of his son, so now the slobbyness is passed on.

...not to mention I always find walmart special blue line constantly in between rocks, the beer cans, the dunkin dough nuts coffee cups...people are freakin slobs

work hard, fish hard and die happy!

It is disgusting, from end to end. My bucket is always filled with other peoples crap when i go home, is it that hard to dump it in a trash can, it isnt hard for me. I cant believe that guy did that with his kid, my dad taught me when i was really young not to be a "litter bug", it stuck. Its a big piece of fishing turf for it to be patrolled for litterers but i would love to see it. It would be great to get some sorta of ditch clean up effort going. I dont know how many people on the site fish the canal, but im sure there is a fair amount. I would love to be apart of something like that. I would just be afraid that it would be trashed in a week. It wouldnt be practical to clean the whole canal, but something would be nice. It would be some good advertising for the site, and we could make a party out of it, a nice BBQ and some sorta canal fishing tourney that night. Just a thought...

Everything is better on the rocks.

I have only fished the canal once. But I am in, I volunteer for clean-up efforts whenever I see them.

It is absolutely horrible to see the sh-ite that is strewn across beaches from the north-shore to the cape.

First of all how much stuff do you need to bring with you. For the most part the only trash I have is clipped line which goes in my pocket. But even if you walk out with a coffee or a package of bait, for natures sake, carry it back to your car or trash-can.

I hate picking up other peoples stuff, but I hate seeing it left there more.
