Never stopped me, put your foul weather gear on. This kind of weather, overcast and light rain/drizzle is good for fishing.

I actually decided to switch my fishing from last night to tonight on account of the rain. Fishing in the rain rocks so long as you have the appropriate gear. No one in your spot and the fishing's usually better.

If it starts raining really hard, pack it up, but if it stays like it is now, light rain, light wind, I don't think a fishing excursion would be out of order.

in poor weather the only concern I have is lightning . rain no worry mate the fish are already wet and I will dry ( i also have all the gear to keep me warm and dry ) .
the rough water is good in most locations .
