Boston Harbor stinks

I've been fishing the cape (wire line jiggin) the last 2 weeks .
Went out in Boston Harbor this morning, only because with the north east wind blowing, I couldn't make it down to the cape.
I got some fish wire lind jiggin in the harbor, but a VERY small fish!!!
I think it's time to convince my wife to Sell our house and move down there!!!
